Donation Agreement

This Donation Agreement is made between Rescue Puppies For Adoption, hereinafter referred to as “the Rescue,” and the Donor.

1. Donation Details
The Donor agrees to make a monetary contribution (“Donation”) in the amount of {..} to support the welfare, care, and rehabilitation of puppies at Rescue Puppies For Adoption.

2. Purpose of Donation
The Donation will be allocated toward the medical care, nutrition, shelter, and general welfare of puppies under the care of Rescue Puppies For Adoption. The Donor may specify a particular litter, puppy, or project for their contribution, but final allocation remains at the discretion of the Rescue.

3. Acknowledgment
The Rescue acknowledges receipt of the Donation and agrees to provide a written receipt for tax or record purposes. Donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law.

4. General Terms

  • The Donor agrees that all information provided in this Agreement is accurate.
  • The Rescue reserves the right to contact the Donor for updates or information regarding the use of funds.
  • By signing this Agreement, the Donor confirms understanding and acceptance of the policy and purpose of the Donation.
